We were watching Spanish TV and they had a segment on this years Olive oils. At the end of the show they show the best of the best for this years competition. It was this olive oil, Oro Bailen. I figure if it’s the #1 olive oil in Spain, it has to be good. They were serving it with bread and Serrano ham and a drip of this olive oil. We tried it and it was delicious! Worth buying it!!!

This is got to be hands-down the best olive oil I have ever had in my life and I am not kidding. I wanted to get just the right oil with a vinegar mixture to dip my bread in and holy cow literally, I swear there was rainbows appearing in front of my eyes. That’s how good the stuff was together. This is very good olive oil. Much better than anything you can buy in a typical grocery store. The flavor is excellent.

Excellent and almost meant for salads or meals that will allow directly experiencing its rich, intense flavor. Do not cook w8th it. It is too precious.
