do they work for people who spend long hours at computer?

Depends what you mean by "work". Spending extended time at the computer screen normally results in dryness of the eye and a feeling of tiredness due to static short distance focus. Try holding s tennis ball with medium pressure for the same time you watch the screen.. How your forearm would feel is how your eyes feel and gives the impression of tiredness. So for this moisture drops and regular breaks from the screen where one would focus on more distant objects would be the best treatment. Bear in mind these tablets are supplements of the carotenoids lutein, zeaxanthin and meso¬-zeaxanthin which are also supplied in a balanced diet. These elements have been shown to be used in the development of the Macula at the rear of the eye. I use them because I have a history of eye problems, retinal detachments and damage and also due to age. I am highly myopic and having nearly completed my first box of these I have had an eye test and I have dropped a whole diopter from -7.5 to -6.5 it is possible this supplement is helping my eyesight.

Does anyone know the measurements of these capsules please as I am purchasing for someone who has difficulty swallowing tablets/capsules.

They are quite big I'd say about 1/4 to 1/2 inch oval shape. They are however soft so easy to swallow
