It broke. Would I recommend it? In a heart beat!
This review is written 15 months after purchase. The product is great and very helpful to my poor sore sad spots. Horror of horrors, it stopped working just after major surgery and I was gutted.They say if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true but I had to try to get them to follow up on that 3 year warranty.... And they did! Top marks for customer service, Beurer and a special thanks to Lisa!

Adequate
This heating is a good idea but the inside does not stay in its cover very well. I have to keep pulling it into place.

Really soft cover
I have used this kind of heat pad for some years. I have rhumatoid arthritis and use this for my back. This is particularly good as it is supple unlike some other pads which are quite hard. It wraps around you easily and has a gorgeous soft, washable cover. Thumbs up on all counts.

Warm and cosy
Excellent product, only drawback is the problem with trying to use the zip on the cover as it has no tag or tassel to grip hold of. This does not affect the efficiency of the pad itself, it warms up quickly and does switch itself off after 90 minutes.

didnt last long
worked great for a few weeks,now its dead as a doughnut,no lights nothing,my elderly mother had one and it did the same,you would have thought i would have avoided it but thought maybe hers was a one off,wont buy this model again

this item is not good, it is not worth its price. I will not advise any one to buy from this company any thing.

over priced
The price is 3 times what it is worth when compared to American heating pads. It does not get hot enough and I feel I was paying for the 220 plug.

Excellent - especially when body heat application is necessary
I love this product heat pad. I already had one and bought this for my friend who loves hers too. I have a problem with my piriformis musle at the moment which causes tremendous pain and this pad has been invaluable.

je soufre de dorsalgies chroniques et je viens de tester ce produit de jour comme de nuit..je m'allonge dessus au niveau du dos (ce n'est pas contre indiqué dans la notice d'utilisation)et là c'est un vrai bonheur...je pense qu'il faut l'utiliser avec modération et non pas pendant 1h30 en maximum de programmation.. de jour la position 2/3 est très agréable..de nuit la position 1 est beaucoup plus appréciable que la 2 ou 3 car sous la couette la chaleur se dissipe moins rapidement et la température a vite fait de grimper et c'est moins agréable et décontractant ..je l'utilise en séance de 15-20 mn quitte à m'en resservir lorsque la douleur se fait plus présente
