So far so good
Easy to swallow I haven’t had any side effects so far it doesn’t have any taste so far I haven’t notice any big changes but I have to say that it has silence my food noice a lot will have update in a couple of months

Improvements from the fourth day
They have been very helpful in managing my polycystic ovary syndrome and reducing abdominal bloating.
