The backside of the MultiDock has an On/Off switch, one USB (Type B) connection, and an IEC 3-prong power connection. MultiDocks can be stacked on top of one another or fastened to a countertop using four M8 x 1.25 machine screws.

Is there a way to secure chargers so that no one can walk away with one?

The whole cabinet locks, and can be bolted to a counter or desk. There are no chargers to walk away with; just 10 high-capacity USB ports, one underneath each slot. You'll want to buy short USB charging cords for your devices. Those are less useful outside the cabinet, and so less likely to grow legs.

Will the MultiDock locking front panel close when using a standard lightning/USB cable supplied with an iPad Air by Apple?

Yes, it will go closed. You just have to tuck the extra length of the cords in to the iPad slots. But the slots are each nice and wide, so there isn't any problem of room to tuck the cords, it just isn't the neatest look. But then who is going to know because the door will be closed! :)
