The actual part on the track which the blind wand attaches to is broken. is there a replacement available for this please?

I only bought the wand, but I'm sure you can buy the item you require separately. If you can't find it on line, contact a local installer via your local paper, they will be able to help.

Hi There, the rod is made of ribbed Aluminium poly coated in white and the Hook is indeed plastic, as is the handle.

Will this be able to replace the chain

This rod is for opening and closing the blinds, if you have a chain mechanism for this task then I don’t think this will replace a chain mechanism

This wand is a replacement for the wand that is broken, the hook on the original is brittle and hard to get on or off. The hook on this wand is more flexible and easy to put on. I brought 2 more.
