Does the ruler on the back measure in both inches and centimeters?

There are 2 rulers on the back of the Snellen Pocket Eye Chart. The ruler on the left side is measured in inches, the ruler on the right side is measured in centimeters.

Are there really typos on the chart as shown? (I see "angel" instead of angle and "form" instead of from.)

No. I just looked at it and everything is spelled correctly.
