Does this product contain copper?

Obviously no copper or all the corals would die. Also make sure there are no undissolved crystals when adding the solution to the tank. If possible add the solution slowly to a filter sock.

Does this work for both freshwater and saltwater ich?

We have used it in our salt water tank. I’m not sure that it eliminates the infection- since when we stop using it the white spot comes back- but it does suppress it.
