After returning the Ecovacs Omni which is a massive marketing scam (PLEASE read Trust pilot reviews) I decided to try this one. First of all this robot should not be comparable to any other as it's the only one that uses AI and you really notice 1st hour. Mapping spotles, AI will scan the obstacle and send you report on app that there isn a shoe or charger on the floor in the bathroom. LIFTING MOP PADS - this is everything. So quiet When it arrived you feel like it's missing bumpers. IT DOESNT need them. It will see absolutely everything and never hits anything. HUGE and important difference to Robo Rock and EcoVacs CarPlay recognition sensor is right at the edge of the robot. Not like 4 cm away from the edge. It means it will recognise rags before even touching them, not like the others dragging themselves, turning around with wet pads and smearing the carpet. Ecovacs ruined two of my rocks like that. Self cleaning and self emptying is perfect. It's quiet and has a number of settings. The app is amazing and very intuitive. The cleaning cycles are a little bit different in my opinion, much better because firstly it will for everything in detail and then later mop the floor so it doesn't rub the dirt with the water. A little bottle of solution last forever and heating pads makes them perfectly clean and never smells like anything. The sensors are around the station and the robot sensing absolutely everything. Any dirt congestion technical problem, just positioning Hazard you will get notification right away. None of Robert is so intuitive and so smart. Hi, so reviews on YouTube and unfortunately they are useless because they're not focusing on the most important things like artificial intelligence and lifting parts and this makes this robot completely different thing from the others. It's extremely light when you get it first that you feel like you spend money on some cheap toy. Wondering how's it going to hoover and clean your floo, but you will be shocked. It's extremely simply designed for cleaning. All the smooth edges feels again like it's just a little box. No screws, nowhere, just clean and clean and simple. Customers is amazing, they respond right away. Designers got white and clean and made off very easy to clean. Of course let's not forget those Roberts require weekly attention and proper cleaning. Did a very hard job on daily basis and they require being cleaned to stop if you do not take care of them, they will simply break or stop working properly because of the dirt around. The accessorius you can buy much cheaper the other ones and there's a different variety of brushes. You will be shocked how clean the white mopping pads will be after cleaning and drying. I have experience with two other brands, and unfortunately it's not comparable and especially comparing it to echo box that doesn't have lifting pads is very heavy loud and gets more stupid by day rather than more intelligent. I love my "OOLA"

L10S Ultra: researched many, considered L20 however, I don’t need the extended mop arm for the extra money. Great upgrade from my basic “bump & go” eufy 30C max (great value vac). I needed a mop vacuum that’s self-sufficient for my downstairs tile/vinyl/wood floors. This is a fantastic hands-off model. Set-up is extremely easy. Remove bumper protection, add brush and mop pads, insert cleaning solution and water - add device to app/wifi. Initially it will map the rooms (sounded like a box of gravel while doing so, leaving me thinking I had a defective model. I don’t. This noise has never been repeated.) Moist mop setting is useful for a wipe over, dries quickly. Wet setting leaves water behind (expected) but not enough that it takes ages for floors to dry. It will mop up light stains only. It starts by going round edges of the room very carefully/slowly, gets close to edges - approx 1” gap and then cleans the room in straight lines. I’ve been using the vacuum/mop combined setting, it’s great at vacuuming everything up before it mops. It recognises door mats and will boost the power automatically, thinking it’s a carpet. My eufy had two brushes rather than the one brush on this model, however - this is better as it doesn’t spread or “flick away” anything it encounters. I like the fact it recognises objects ie a forgotten pet water bowl and won’t bump it but small cables will get hoovered (phone cables) - extension lead size cables, it leaves alone. App is ok. You can section rooms and add no-go zones. You can tick “pet” if there are likely to be the accidental faeces for it to recognise/avoid. I don’t have this issue, so can’t comment. You can schedule cleaning in advance or just pick the rooms, hit go and let it do its thing. It’s a quiet machine, only loud part is when it empties the dustbin - it sounds like a powerful hoover for a few seconds. It will alert you when to add water to the main tank etc. Due to its avoidance of objects etc, it’s not got stuck like my eufy often did, ie under furniture (or in bright sunlight!). I’ve not tried scheduled cleaning overnight however would trust all to go well. I’ve also not tried the camera function, although others have provided good reviews of this. As it’s a white model, the only downside is the ramp to the docking station will get mucky quickly due to the mops, so you’ll need to clean this often if this bothers you, although you can’t see this when the machine is docked, only when it’s on its travels. I’ve had this model in use several times a week, both on vacuum and combined modes for 6 weeks - have yet to have to change the rubbish bag or cleaning solution. I’d absolutely suggest this model if you need the mop function specifically, if not, cheaper models are equally as good as stand-alone vacuums.

I was initially really pleased with this robot vacuum. It had excellent suction power and did a great job mopping, making it a convenient addition to my cleaning routine. The performance was impressive for the first few months, and I was happy with how well it handled dirt, dust, and spills. However, after about six months of use, the vacuum began to develop several issues. It started having trouble navigating, would get stuck in places it previously had no problems with, and the suction power noticeably decreased. I also noticed that the mopping function wasn’t as effective, leaving streaks behind. After troubleshooting and attempting to fix the problems, I decided to return the vacuum for a refund. It was disappointing, as I really liked the vacuum at first, but the long-term reliability just wasn’t there.

As a mature person wasn't too sure about investing in an AI robot vac/mop. Seemed a lot of money for a possible gimmick. After over a year or so of thinking and deliberating I took the plunge and went for it. I did a lot of research on youtube prior to settling on the Dreame L10. What a great choice. I've had this wonder machine for about 1 week now and I'm still amazed daily at how it works in general. It's thorough to the extreme and our home has never looked so clean or smelt so fresh. So here are some tips to perhaps solve a few questions and to allay any robot fears readers might have. 1. it's a big box that arrives and ideally the unpacking should be tackled by 2 people. I did it on my own...with a bit of a struggle. 2. looks quality and is. very well made all over. doesn't look cheap - far from it. 3. ideally you need an out of the way place for it to sit permanently. the robot will need space to release itself and get around the whole cleaning area. 4. like all instructions they do not tell you everything you need to know. the youtube videos were a lot more help and made more sense. 5. so follow the instructions to click the bits into where they should be - that was easy to do. 6. follow the instructions to add the detergent bottle and fill up the water tank. that was easy to do. 7. download the dreame app to your phone. take some time to get used to what is on this. if need be watch some more videos. 8. then it became a little trickier. what is mapping? the instructions do not explain this. 9. don't panic. mapping is basically what the robot needs to know about your home or intended cleaning area. the simplest way of doing this is to clear your floors as much as possible. leave all of your door rooms open. after doing this - for the 1st time of using - change the cleaning mode to - vac only. press start and off goes the robot. or as my witty husband says 'there goes Robert'. 10. the mapping can be added to or changed at any time. or a zone can be selected instead of a full clean. easy way to set a zone would be to close the door on a room as opposed to mapping. 11. multi level mapping can be undertaken for up and downstairs. needless to mention you do have to carry the robot to a different level - it's not smart enough to climb stairs. not yet anyway. 12. the robot returns to the base when the mop heads are dirty and then cleans them before setting off again. 13. similar applies to the dust filter area that sits in the robot - when it fills up it will return to base and empy the dirt into the dust bag sitting in the base. its as automatic as it could be. 14. sit back and make a cup of tea. let the robot take the stress out of cleaning - it's brilliant. 15. Performance - 10 out of 10. Cleaning result - 10 out of 10. Design - 10 out of 10. 16. Finally. get into the habit of cleaning the base and parts of the robot after each use. this will ensure that it continues to work tip top. watch some videos to understand what needs cleaning regularly. Absolutely delighted with 'Robert' the robot and he doesn't give you any back chat, unlike some cleaners we've employed in the past. The price is exceptional for what it does and is more than comparable with top cordless vacs that do not mop. We are total robot converts now and look forward to viewing what is released in the future. As older people these clever robots will allow us to remain in our own home for many more years than would have been possible. Once the basics are understood it is a straightforward machine to operate. Hope you find the review helpful.

I have now had Kevin (yes I gave him a name) for a week and he has exceeded my expectations. You need to spend a bit of time when you first get it. It will produce a map of your house which you may have to tinker with to get the room boundaries just where you want them and to change the room names for the ones offered. You can program what and when it does with each room. So in my example twice a week during the night apart from my bedroom it vacumes the house boosting itself when it comes across carpet or rugs. Every night it mops my kitchen and bathroom. You can also set up tasks with an allocated button, I have one for my bedroom and it will go off and give it a good vac when I ask it to. I have awful laminate in my hall and lounge which should only be gently moped once a month. No problem for Kevin becuse it can be set up to to do a gentle mop using very little water. Apart from the few seconds it takes to empty its dust box, it makes little noise and it can connect to Alexa or Google. The detergent cartridges are not the cheapest but they last a long time, you can buy refill kits, but why would you bother? You can use either the Deame app or the Mi Home app (Dreame is part of the Xiaomi group along with Roborock and Roidmi). Most reviews suggest that the new Dreame app is the way to go and so far I can not fault it. Now I wonder if I can teach it to do the ironing!

Slow delivery but worth the wait We have a Prosenic M7Pro which had worked flawlessly for 2 years, so decided to upgrade as its battery was starting to fail. looked at all the reviews and this was perfect for the price range cleans better than the M7pro did faster and with less noise. Quite weird seeing strips in your carpet like grass. The mopping is gamechanging and it does really clean the floor and remove stains, please not that it doesnt suck up water so not to be used to clean up liquid spillages, the dual tanks work and the build in cleaner dispencer works very well, refills are fairly priced (you can always refill them when empty). We use the Dreame home app and have had no issues, the ai for the first few weeks sends you lots of screen shots of what it finds when it detects things it doesnt expect, which you provide feedback and its learns (assuming its feeding back from a cloud where this data is processed). It had no issues with mapping out our home and the multi floor works fine. so we can take it to other zones and it works fine. One of its best features is the Drone mode were you can control the robo vac and drive it while looking through the 1080p and even speak through it. handy to use as a method of checking your home when on holiday ( the wife loved this as when she though she has left the oven on she can drive the vac and check) It did have issues driving onto its dock for the first few days but i put this down to the new tyres not having broken in and being slippy. a few days of cleaning and this went away and has not returned. 2 ish months in and its been a fantastic upgrade.

The robot is great. Brilliant Hoover & brilliant mop. It’s very thorough. We absolutely loved it until it said after 3 months ‘laser sensor error’. We wiped the sensor but it came up again and again. We tried everything. We fully rebooted. Then we took it apart to take a look and cleaned it thoroughly & put it back together and rebooted again. After 10mins same problem. I contacted Dreame for help. They were beyond useless. They told me to turn it on and off again. I just wanted to fix it but they sent one single email then replied saying it was Chinese new year and there would be no further emails for 7 business days. I contacted Amazon and they kindly sent me a label to return it which I did that day. Then they didn’t update that they received it. They still haven’t. They said it can take 30 business days or 6 weeks to confirm they have it and refund it because it cost more than 220pounds. They sent 2 apology emails the first week then nothing. No update, no movement. We loved this robot and would love to buy it again but we can’t because both dreame and Amazon were so unhelpful when it broke. Be very careful with it.

This little robot is the best thing I've ever bought!! I was nervous to spend so much money on something that could have been a gimmick but it's honestly amazing. There are plenty of youtube videos which explain the functions, advantages/disadvantages in detail which are accurate -definitely do your research before buying to see if it's suitable for your house. It is a little loud but not as loud as a normal hoover (still spooks the cat though) and cleans really well. You can also look through the robot's camera and even move the robot around remotely which is just the coolest thing! Doubles as a pet cam when you're away. Does not like rugs with frayed edges so be aware of that, but once the rug is removed it can go about it's business. Really easy to clean, anti wrap part comes out and hair can be easily removes as it all gets pushed to one end, water is easy to replace and clean out. Brilliant little cleaner!

This brand is nothing but a scammer. Product is geo locked and can’t be used in Australia. Who on earth thinks an outdated practice to maintain retail prices is any way to punish a customer that has purchased a product from the very same brand. I have a good mind to cancel payment through my CC provider absolutely disgusting practice. Do not by this product or brand!

An excellent robot vac and mop. It’s great at mapping the floor, can distinguish between carpet and tiles and has an AI cleaning mode or deep cleaning mode both work great. Infact it’s that good I bought another for upstairs. They are keeping my house clean with minimal interaction from me. Just empty the waste and fill up the clean water and you’re good to go!
