Perfect replacement
Arrived well packaged and intact, perfect fit with seal , exactly as described, works a treat

Good quality replacement tube
With the extremely strong winds that we had this year our brand-new BU-KO patio heater ended up being blown over resulting in the glass tube smashing so we quickly found this on Amazon and it was being sold by the same seller who we bought the original heater off of. Unlike the glass tube that came with the heater which was in two parts with a metal support frame inserted between the 2 parts. This replacement is one large tube and looks absolutely fantastic when installed. Obviously these glass tubes are made to fit various different manufacturers pyramid heaters as most are the same size tubes I would highly recommend you try this one. With us having the actual BU-KO heater it fits like a glove

Excellent replacement
Unfortunately our out sunny patio heater was blown over in high winds this week and smashed the inner glass tube. Having owned for a short period we were upset. This replacement was a reasonable price and fits perfectly. As you can see from the picture we are now back in business! Brilliant.

Patio heater
Very delayed order but Fabulous heater ..... once you put it together!!!!!! Instructions aren’t the best. Caused a family fall out 😂 Took three hours to build but worth end result. Gives great heat and looks classy. Sadly wind blew it over within a few weeks ( even with gas bottle in) dented and glass smashed!!!! Contacted company and they promptly sent out new glass for £60.00. Good service

Better than original product
Better than original glass tube provided with heater product. Reason being is its easier to insert as a single piece versus two pieces which caused one element to break. Would recommend this product

The tube was ordered as a replacement for my heater which blew over in the wind (even with a heavy gas bottle fitted!). It was delivered as described, included a new seal and fitted perfectly. Would definitely recommend. PS make sure you anchor your heater with a chain or other means when not in use!
