Originally bought metal safety flanges because they were a few dollars cheaper. They didn't work. Should've just bought these instead. They work perfectly! Comes with a washer to put on the arbor that provides additional support to the flange which is nice.

I ordered this safety flange and received an improved one and its just great . The difference in the one I received is that it does not use a nut the flange is threaded instead works great.
