This comes with a cord to charge it that is supposedly magnetic. It falls off with the slightest bump. After I thought I finally had the unit charged up, we tried it out, with no results. We could see dirt on the grapes and it did not remove it. 1 year warranty isn't much good when you can't reach anyone to use it.

I really love this product. I've been using it since before it became available on Amazon. I feel like it cleans my fruits and veggies and they taste so much better..however, I've had several of them because they have had to be replaced due to it suddenly stopping or it won't charge. The first 2 times I replaced it via customer service since it was under warranty and they really make you provide so much info before they will consider replacing it but they did replace it once and the second I had to buy a new one because they wouldn't replace it dueto it being a couple of days out of warranty. It's just a bit to pricey for me to buy every time it stops working. It rusts easily also. But it works so well it's still my favorite.

Arrived on time. Works very well. The first one I had for two years was fantastic until the housing got a hairline crack that I did not noticed, and the battery compartment got wet damaging it. Do not know how the crack happened we did not drop it. But it works so well we immediately replaced it.

Battery works for a good time, a bit pricey though. The build is not that bad for what I see, don’t have much to compare it to. Nice look to it and easy to use for me but what matters most is it’s functioning and that’s not too difficult and it seems to do the job for now, size is miniature for what it’s handling. So for what it’s worth I give it three stars for now.

I was astounded at the amount of crud that came off fruits and veggies that I previously washed to test the unit! And appalled that I hadn’t gotten this sooner

Worked for a year, then, out of warranty, stopped working, despite cleaning it and charging fully. Not worth the money for just a year. Would have liked this to work.

we love this product but it has become increasingly difficult to charge. The magnetic charging part sticks to it but it doesn’t charge properly. We have to wiggle it around or turn it on it’s side before it starts to charge. I am expecting it to no charge at all soon. When we first bought it, it charged with no problems. What to do? It’s past the return date.

First time the item worked: bubbles coming out and effectively cleaning. Second time: no bubbles at all. Twisted and tightened the electrolytes as said on instructions but nothing changing. Returning the product and buying a new one. Maybe we were just unlucky. We’ll see. Tried to contact the seller but no chance.

Does not remove any gunk and does not appear to do its job. We didnt return in time and now we are stuck with a useless product that is overpriced.

I saw no debris in the wash water. $100 - waste of money
