Easy to swallow
I bought these for seasonal depression. They seemed good quality, were easy to swallow, a good size and had no taste. I can’t tell if they worked or not tho

These capsules are very easy to take and reasonable priced.

Fine to take but will not know the true answer until a blood test shows the vitamin F level to be normal. Could be another 6 months before I know.

Was taking a lower does of Vit D and was recommended that the strength be upped. Am assuming they are working as do seem to have a bit more energy and feel less stiff or if I do, it passes quickly after a sleep or a bit of a rest.
