Works just like MiraLAX and is equally effective. Mix it with any beverage and you can’t taste it at all. I only gave it a four star rating because the real MiraLAX has a different dispenser cap. No big deal.

I'm on a glp1 and it tends to constipate people. I bought this and I mix it in my V8 juice about every other day and it keeps me from being constipated. It mixes in my juice perfectly and you cant taste it at all. For me it beats trying to take pills. It is very effective and anything I can take that is this easy is a bonus
