Can I use it after sterilising the bottles or before?

I use this rack after washing the bottles to drain them before sterilising, it keeps all the bottle accessories tidy on the draining board. I highly recommend this rack it's universal and can be used with any brand of bottle.

can you use them for wide neck bottles such as tommee tippee?

You could use them for any bottles. The Phillips bottles are also wide-necked. We dry all sorts of items on them. They are so useful - we use them every single day.

No it doesn't have a non-slip base, but never caused an issue, stays in place on the work surface fine.
