Useless knife and customer service is even worse. The waist holder started to come off within a few days then the push button to lock knife closed and open failed. I am now left with a knife that can't be used because it bends when in use and can accidentally open when closed. I contacted customer service and was asked to send in pictures and video of knife along with order number, but no one got back to me. Stay well clear of knife and that company who I bought it from.

The quality of the product isn’t there. One drop and breaks apart. Performance is mediocre however quality brings down this product so much despite the fact that it has extra blades.

Didn't last long. Spring mounted under the belt clip (which works lose when in frequent use) has popped out making use risky.

Would of been good if the button stopped working now the knife comes open all the time dosent lock

This knife did not come with the spare blades as advertised?

I typically buy 2 knifes a year from a well known hardware store in UK...Their cheapest knife falls to bits and isn't that much cheaper than the toughmaster. I have used the Toughmaster fro strippoing back sealant in my kitchen, bathrooms and utility room. Easy & safe to use , like the open/clsoing safety device and changing a blade is so easy. There's also a handy storage slot in the handle for the spare blades that come with this knife. Overall superb value for monay and 100% recommend

This was a good knife to start with but being used every day the lock system broke and so was too much of a risk of injury shame tho
