Very high quality glass weights!
These Glass Fermentation Weights are exactly what I needed for successful fermenting. They fit perfectly in wide-mouth jars and do an excellent job keeping vegetables submerged below the brine, which makes the entire fermentation process much easier and cleaner. The glass is very thick, smooth, and durable, and I appreciate that they are easy to remove and clean after use. Having a 9-pack is incredibly convenient because I can work on multiple batches of sauerkraut, pickles, and other ferments at the same time without constantly rotating equipment. These weights have made my fermentation projects much more reliable and hassle-free. Excellent quality, great value, and highly recommended for anyone interested in home fermenting!

Pickling lifesaver
This has saved my pickling jars from going bad. The weight is heavy enough to keep your pickles down and out of the air. It is very simple to use and fits almost all standard jars. It also looks well made and is easy to clean.

I was a little hesitant based on the price, but these do a great job at holding the fermenting items below the brine line to prevent molding. The sourkraut turned out fantastic. With these being glass they're extremely easy to clean/disinfect. May end up buying more if
