Very effective product, well designed
One of the best tongue cleaners I have come across and I've tried a few - I'm a dentist. Item received as pictured although different colour - clear plastic. 2 surfaces - flat and grooved. Very effective!

Not sure how I ever managed without out it! ...
Not sure how I ever managed without out it! One side has a little bit to fit the groove of your tongue and the other side is sharper for a thorough scrape. Mine was clear not green but that makes it less noticeable in the bathroom.
