Great flavor profile, complimented my ice cream!
Really good! I purchased this for my ice cream adventure with my new ice cream maker for pistachio ice cream. I added this to the custard where recipe would call for almond extract. The first batch I made with almond extract was disappointing as the taste overtakes the flavor. This pistachio extract provided an amazing profile. Have even used this for pistachio gelato and it brings the flavor you'd expect from an extract. The size is substantial, so felt given the flavor was worth the price & packaging for shipment well protected the glass container and the applicator as well. I'd definitely buy this again and try out some other flavors from this shop as well!

If you're addicted to pistachio flavored espresso or matcha latte, save yourself some money and invest in the essence rather than buying artificially flavored and colored HFC syrups. This is good stuff and a few drops go a long way. Will likely experiment with baked goods come fall/winter, but for now it's a staple in my coffee bar Delightful and this is the real deal. Great quality. Comes in an amber glass bottle with dropper for accurate measurements. Price is on par.

Good smell
I wanted to give my pistachio macarons a flavor closer to pistachio than just sweet almond. This does an ok job for that. I prefer natural flavorings, but I wasn't going to get what I was looking for from a paste or natural flavoring.

Toxic taste & burns my mouth.
I got the pistachio flavor and it tastes and feels like something that can take the paint off of a car. This product made it clear why we shouldn’t consume “natural” flavors.

A little goes a long way with this guy! Not only is it strong in taste its delicious as well! The concentration is true to potency and does not disrupt the color I need my pastries to be. All flavor! That's exactly what I expected. Nicely protected in shipping box and quite impressive for a small business. AND there's other flavors!? Will definitely be back for more!
