As with the first greatest hits album this one again sounds exquisite. A must for anyone's vinyl collection. The highest quality pressing, will serve you well for a long time and give you so much pleasure for the outlay. Its Queen, it sounds beautiful and has lovely quality sleeves aswell. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. A band that loved their fans and always delivered, even on the quality of the vinyl. As one person said to me once when asked what music I liked and I replied 'Queen' they're response was, 'everyone likes Queen', I don't think they were wrong.

Great compilation. I have Greatest Hits I from over 30 years ago and this one is great addition to my record collection. Even I'm not Queen fan in way to have their dicography, they have great songs that deserves to be listened and remebered. This compilation is "must have" for all who apreciate great music! Very nice product, sounds great, however it lacks of antistatic inner sleeve and that's the reason for 4 stars only! That's simply not acceptable because it cost 20 cents or less!

Back in the '80's we were told that the CD would sound so good you'd think the band was performing in the room, and that the death knell for LP's had been sounded by little silver discs. Fast forward to now and guess what...the LP has had the last laugh, thanks to an almost Lazarus like comeback. I bought this CD back in the early '90's when it was first released, but this double 180g, half speed mastered reissue is sublime. I think if I could pick one track that made this purchase worth it, then it would have to be Who Wants To Live Forever. The song just seems to come alive and breathe, every nuance of the great Mercury's delivery just seems to wash over me every time I hear it. The heavier tracks like I Want It All pounds into the brain without all the harshness that the CD has. Innuendo, with it's Spanish guitar middle, played by Steve Howe is amazingly accurate in it's reproduction. If one LP justifies my spending out on a Rega Planar 2, this is it. Not a duff track among this collection. Messrs. Mercury, May, Taylor & Deacon showing that "Talent will out, my dear" JUST BUY IT!!!!

Amazon needs to review with their some of vinyl records sound quality which this is a very good example. I strongly believed that their supplier are using poor recording studio to perform their recording. Therefore, what rubbish in is what rubbish out. For this instance, the vinyl sound quality is worse than MP3 recording. It sounds noisy, no real instruments seperation, and poor imaging. As a result of short listening duration, you will want to off your Hifi system. It really have a bad listening experience to me. Hope that Amazon need to take this review seriously or else their reputation for vinyl recording in the online marketing place will be badly tarnished.

You can't have GH 1 without getting GH 2 and this is the definitive edition IMO. Amazing quality, it always shocks me how two records of a similar price can be oceans apart in production values.
