depends how wet/dry your herbs are before. but it needs 5 - 9 days to stabilise the humidty level to 62. so its dry then but not cured. its only starts getting better from that point but you can notice the aroma and colour changing before

I didn't recieve the 2 humidity packs that should come with this product. You pay the extra because of the humidity packs so disappointed.
