Fast Charging and Unique Design
The idea for the product is excellent; and unique - I can't find something better to suit my needs. It charges fast but depending on the one you receive means you could be charging this every few days or every few hours. If you think the charging is too often, it could mean you need another one; they seem to vary in performance and I'm unsure why. I wish they updated the design to improve battery life and the charging process. The UI could use an update as well as the two button system requires a manual to set and change.

Charge clip poorly designed and breaks, incredibly frustrating.
We have two to alert FOH staff in a restaurant when food is ready. I would say it is perfect but there is one flaw that is reason for the one star and makes it's useless - the charger clip. The hinge holes are too close to the edge and both clips have broken from normal use and it is incredibly frustrating to secure the broken clip to the watch when charging, I've tried numerous clamps to no avail. Unfortunately Singcall don't have just the charge clip and cable as a spare part on their spares page - you have to buy the charger (standard USB) and the increased shipping cost. I tried various other clips for other watches but none match the pin spacing on this. They really need to retool the clip before I'd recommend this pager watch.

Higher quality than expected
The product is of much higher quality than expected. Specially the wrist band that is solid and doesnt feel cheap. Not easy to setup but once you get it its ok. Good range. Reliable so far.

The product was good but after two weeks of use the battery stopped charging and became hot when trying to charge.
