Autel TPMS sensor are great! I have been using them for years on personal and customer cars. They program easily and are reliable. In the five or six years since I discovered these, I have not had a sensor failure.

Work great, easy install with locking clip instead of screw.

I have these in my ford, gm, and cdjr vehicles and they work great. They do require programming by an autel tpms tool.

I use these tpms sensors in two of my vehicles. Supper easy to program with the autel programmer. I've had one set installed in my truck for about 4 years now and have had no issues.

I purchased a set of MX sensors for my wife’s ‘18 Subaru Outback and programmed them with the Autel TS508WF tool. Programming was easy and the sensors were immediately recognized. Autel support was prompt returning a call to answer a question about a detail not covered in the instructions or YouTube videos (not critical to the successful programming of the sensors). Since this is my first purchase of MX sensors I can’t speak to how long they will last. The real challenge is finding a local tire shop willing to install the sensors at a reasonable price. After the first shop (Les Schwab) failed to get the sensors installed after a three hour wait—and had no idea when they would get them done—the second shop (TireRama) had them installed in just under an hour and a half, at a fair price. Some shops wouldn’t install customer supplied sensors at all and others were prohibitively expensive. Bottom line: If you have access to an Autel TPMS programming tool and can find a shop that will install the sensors you can save some money.

I purchased a set of tire pressure sensors for my summer wheels and tires. I also purchased an Autel programmer and watched videos online on how to program the sensors. It was easy and straightforward to program the new sensors. The sensors are two pieces, the valve stem and sensor which clips onto the bottom. I installed the stems and they fit perfectly on my wheels. I clipped the sensor onto the stem. The sensors fit loosely onto the stems which doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence. The sensor has a release button which they inconveniently placed fight on the front. When installing tires, the bead of the tire can easily contact the button and drop the sensor off of the stem. I’ve installed two sets of tires using these sensors and I’ve had several of the sensors pop off into the tire. This design has caused me to have to dismount the tire to clip the sensor back onto the stem. Aside for the design issue, the sensors themselves work well and were a much better value than having a shop install them. I would purchase the sensors again, but if you purchase for yourself do take note of the design flaw.
