Initially arrived with two of the same small part box so got 4 nonlocking wheels and no screws. Contacted company who shipped me the 2 locking wheels, screws, and washers with the smaller holes. Thought it was going to take forever, but it was shipped DHL and I received it 1 week after contacting company. Not difficult to assemble. One side vertical upright had the holes slightly rotated toward the center but the pins still went through the holes and actually made the frame more rigid when fully assembled. If the pins did not fit, I would not be happy, but I am glad it did and made it more rigid. I weigh 140lbs and hung from the top two bars and sat on the middle rack and it felt sturdy. I am sure the top two hanger rods will not support the 650lb, but the manufacturer did not specify the load for the hanger racks, just the total load and bottom racks. Calculating the load of each section, each of the bottom wire shelves are rated at 190lb each x 2 = 380lbs. 650 - 380 = 270. 270/2 = 135 lb. Maybe the two hanger bars are meant to hold 270lb or 135lb each which seems more plausible. It would be better if the manufacturer stated this specifically. This is semi collapsible because the middle rack with two bars prevents it from folding. If you take this out with 4 screws, then it folds. These middle two bars makes this more rigid than other racks I see online and can be used for extra storage which is why I got it. I only plan to move it once to an apartment in the fall then move out at the end of a year so removing the middle bars is not so much an inconvenience. If I had to transport this every week, I would probably use only one middle bar or no middle bar. Without the middle bar, it is similar to other racks on Amazon which do not come with the middle bars at all. At least now I have a choice. The manufacturer could use 4 thumb screws for the middle rack which would be easier to remove the middle bar and put back on without any tools and make it more easy to fold. This is perfect for my needs and customer service was very good.

This is a very nice sturdy clothes rack. We use it to display the T-shirts that we create. and take it with us everywhere at our showings. We like this rack. It was very easy to put together. The price is just right. It's good good-quality rack. The rubber Castor wheels With wheel locks on them. are very good quality. 2 inches in diameter. Very sturdy. The top-end bars extend. out an extra foot on each side to give you. more rack space. Shipping was fast. and it came in perfect condition.

Maybe a little more pieces than I expected but it went together quickly and easily. Only needed two simple tools to put it together and they were provided. Seems to be pretty sturdy and holds a fair amount of clothes. Wheels are a good size making it easier to roll around. Two of the wheels do lock. Nice that it holds clothes on both sides so it has more capacity.

I own an upholstery shop and sell fabric. I’m using this to hang and display my fabric books. Overall, this product is good. The books are heavy, and this rack is holding them fine, but I have to be careful not to tip it when I’m moving it around. It was not easy to assemble. I can usually put these types of things together myself, but it took my husband and I multiple tries to figure out how to get it correct. I would suggest putting the wheels on last, not first, as the directions show. Some of the connection holes were not punched through, which took extra tools not included to fix. The shelves are a nice addition. So, once you have it together, it’s a good product.

Each piece was individually wrapped and labelled, the directions were very clear and had both written and diagrams, all necessary tools were included- even a pair of gloves to protect your hands. I put it all together in about 1/2 hour. The rack itself is very sturdy and I love that there are shelves for storing shoes or bins with other items. It is exactly what I was wanting in extra storage.

I’m using this to store clothes at the moment and will eventually move the whole unit to the basement to store multiple Halloween skeletons. It was easy to put together, comes with all of the “tools” needed to do so, and is very sturdy. I like that it’s adjustable for height, has two lightweight shelves, and has heavy-duty casters.

Very sturdy and holds a lot of clothes. There was no bending of the rods when a load of heavy coats was hung on it. Using both sides of the rack is like getting double of what you paid for. It's a bonus that the four ends have a pull out bar to extend the hanging of clothes. The shelves on the bottom are study. I recommend it.

This is a very sturdy rack and I would absolutely love to love it. I can't in good conscience suggest people buy them though. I ordered 2 of these and they came today. The first one I opened didn't have instructions. I checked the second one which did. So I set to building the first one, get it loaded up and go to start the second one. The second one turns out to be missing essential hardware. This isn't something that could have just fallen out of the package either. The hardware was in the boxes with the casters. The casters were there, the hardware for them was not. It really is a shame because they're great otherwise. Had it only been missing instructions that would have been one thing. Both boxes missing different things tells me they have a QA problem. Now I have to make a trip to the hardware store in the middle of trying to unpack my house before I can keep going.
