It is an original (authentic) but its a version 2 light stick

How come mine didn't come with the detachable top piece?

They changed the lightstick design so that is gone now on the newer version.

Does it comes with photocards?

It works wonderfully and it is very cute. It's not super heavy and the arm band keeps it from slipping off your wrist. It also came with an Ot8 photo card. It connected to the app well I even tested it with some the videos on there.
