My daughter is very picky eater for taste and textures. She needs fiber requested by her doctor to take 3-4 gummies a day. I had ordered smarty pants brand but she did not like them and they also didn't work well. These on the other hand worked well. They are cheaper than the other brand and taste better. They are a soft gummie. Totally subscribing for this product.

My daughter has been struggling to go number 2 for months and months. She got backed up and ever since its been a struggle to get her to go on the potty. Within a few days of taking these morning & night she started having an easier time. And since it was easier to go its also less scary to get on the potty to go. It’s been a few weeks or so now and she’s going easily every day. Im so grateful for these and if you’re having the same problems in your house I would seriously buy this!

These seem to be working great!!! My 8 year old has trouble pooping I tried miralax didn’t work. Everyone says more water well if I can get her to drink it. I tried some liquid didn’t seem to help I used magnesium that was decent but once we started these and some prune juice here and there she started pooping regularly.

I know these are marketed for Kids, but as an adult I love gummy vitamins! Who wants to swallow tasteless pills when you can have nutrition in gummy form? These actually taste really good and the texture is much softer than a gummy bear. I've tried other brands of gummy supplements and these have the best flavor BY FAR. They are very fruity without tasting "fake" or like cough syrup. There aren't too many gummies in the bottle, but I only take these if I feel like I need an extra boost of fiber, so I don't feel like I am running out. However, if you are someone who needs fiber supplements every day, then this bottle may be too small for you. I don't take fiber supplements daily, so the effect is noticeable when I do take them. Overall I say this product taste greats and works well, but the amount you get is small.

Delicious! Soft and flavorful. Did not stick to my teeth at all. I have no children, but bought these for myself because I wanted sugar-free without chemicals. I will have to be good and not eat too many, even though they taste better than any gummy bear I have ever had. Highly recommend, and I was not compensated to review them. (I trust no compensated reviews and you should not either!)

Bought these gummies to help my toddler with constipation. I was nervous she would not like the taste. She wants to eat them like they are candy. She looks forward to getting one before bed every night. I am pleased with quality and do think they have helped with her constipation.
