Fantastic item for post partum swelling. Don't stay cold huge amount of time but size fits well onto underwear and just kept alternating. I ordered 2 packs to have one on the go all the time, the sleeves they come in rinse well and dry rapidly as cant be machine washing for every use, rinse with soap and water and hang to dry. Will have other uses in future also.

Love the product itself, gel pads are good for fridge or freezer but don’t leave them in the freezer overnight!! Only thing I would say I didn’t like is the material of the little pocket sleeves they come with but that’s personal preference, I just use them without and rinse them after each use :)

I bought these for the back of my neck to ease headaches and the flexibility is great. The only problem is they thaw very quickly so don't really last more than half an hour.

I’m healing from a labial repair. I keep my cold packs in the freezer. They stay pretty frozen for at least 15-20 minutes which is the recommended ice time for a wound. I cannot see how people say they’re warm after 2 minutes? If you are freezing the packs for a few hours they’ll be fine. The blue covers are a weird texture but they do the job. I haven’t tried the packs hot yet so I can’t comment on that. Overall after 4 days use I’m happy with them so far.

These were a godsend, and not because you can stuff them down your pants after your baby tore their way into the big wide world, but they were amazing for other things like pain, mastitis, stopping breast feeding etc. Stuff em down your pants, stuff em down your bra, winner all round really!

I used these postpartum ice packs for recovery after a breast lift, and they worked well for managing early swelling and discomfort. They stay cold for a reasonable amount of time, and the gentle fabric covering keeps them from feeling too harsh on the skin. For my use, the fabric reduced direct contact a bit more than necessary, but the tradeoff was added comfort. They’re easy to position, easy to clean, and effective for targeted cooling. Used these so much right after my c section they didn’t make me feel cold like regular ice packs did and they were so easy to use with the way they were flexible they stayed in places amazingly they fit really, relieved my pain almost immediately and they never ever leaked the entire 4 months I used them and still don’t with occasional use now
