Century BOB Jacket

I have been meaning to get arms for Bob for years. Now training in both striking arts and Tai Chi the arms arm even more useful. Quite expensive.

Too small did not fit no matter what! Returned.

It's a tight fit and, as I struggled to get the thing onto Bob, one of the buckles broke. So I had to wrap duct tape around it. The arms merely stick out at weird angles. Great, if you're training to fight an Octopus, but you can achieve more of a fighting posture by wrapping exercise bands or similar around the elbows, drawing the arms together. When this massively over priced jacket finally kicks the bucket I won't be buying another.

C'est un investissement mais ça change tout ! Le mannequin de frappe BOB Century est vraiment très très bien (et même un incontournable) mais sans bras... on passait quand même un peu à côté de quelque chose... Que ce soit pour les techniques de poings ou les kicks, ça change tout de devoir contourner la garde. On travaille plus la souplesse, le fait de se désaxer etc. Si vous pratiquez les sports de combat, vous êtes convaincus. Mais vous pouvez aussi être convaincus, selon moi, que l'investissement vaut la peine. Bon entraînement !
