I bought these for an up and coming baker. I thought they were for crumpets but they have the small holes in the sides. I suggested to line them with parchment or foil. Better check them and make sure they are fit for purpose, my fault

I returned these rings, disappointed with the sharp burrs on the inside which would have caused issues with pastry. On the plus side, the returns process was really easy to execute

Bought 2 boxes, expecting 2 lots of 9cm rings, got 2 boxes of almost 8cm rings. Quality seems good but don't believe the size on the write up.

These were amazing for the tartlets I was making. With these I did not have to fork the dough or blind bake. The best part is the tarts shrink a little and come away from the rounds. They are always clean and ready to be stored after use.
