Doves Farm, Quick Yeast, 125g

I have been making bread for many years and before I found th I s product I struggled with many different kinds, never quite getting the desired results. With Dove Farms Yeast, however I have never had a failure and there is no nasty after taste. I would recommend it to anyone interested in Bread Making. Baking is in my genes,, my grandfather was a master baker.

Wet good yeast and seems fresh. Noticeably better results than supermarket tinned variety. Seems a bit expensive but can be offset by the free delivery etc. Overall happy and will purchase again

Great product! I'd purchased a French brand but that that simply didn't work so I bought some Dove Farm yeast instead. It's great, works fast and makes perfect bread. Thanks! (No French yeast for me in future!)

As it says in the headline, this yeast is first class for all baking needs. Importantly, it is the best I have found for the bread making machine. Arrived quickly and item is exactly as required, fresh stock. Transport a little pricey for single item orders.

This yeast really does the job. A good size lasts over month of breadmaking. Don't make the same mistake I did, I bought 3 lots of it, picked one of the packets up and noticed it was absolutely rock hard. I complained and the seller said it was quite normal and that when you open it, it will be free flowing. They were right. Don't be fooled by it's rock hard exterior at first!

This was bought for my son who has a gluten allergy and for use in a bread maker. It’s been great but does make the bread rise quickly so you need to be exact with the measurements in your recipes. Great product and will definitely be buying again.

Very easy to use, with no need to activate in warm water. Just add to your flour. I use in my no-knead bread dough. Good for breadmakers too. I plan to buy this regularly.

I have only dabbled in bread making and my results have been somewhat unsatisfactory. I have tried small tins from the supermarket and own brand sachets which were a bit better as i assume being open so long has a negative effect on the yeast. I have only used this once to make some pizza dough, but it was by far my best batch yet so am looking forward to using it to make some bread.

Been baking up a storm pkg was a little smaller than expected but great product works so good.

I am brand new to baking and had no idea which yeast to buy and settled on this one from Amazon and it does not disappoint. I kept it in the fridge after opening and in the course of two months have made cookies, bread loaves, hamburger buns, twist churro donuts, hotteoks, dumpling skins and more. AMAZING rise every time and beautiful results. Wonderful product!

I have used this yeast in the past and it has never failed me. I would normally give 5 stars, but my 3 star rating is strictly based on the expiration date of the product sent to me. Product was delivered today, halloween 24 and the 125g pack that arrived today has an expiration date of 2/13/25. I do not own a bakery. There is no way I will use all of this within that timeframe.
