This does the job, it's cheap enough and works. loses a star because I had to use it between fingers rather than in the whole hand because its quit narrow and a bit shorter than my last one..

Simple to use, the handle makes the difference from just using a drill

This tool comprises a small drill bit with a plastic handle permanently attached. It is convenient, light, comfortable to hold, controllable and works well. What more do we need?. I used it on Veroboard and with very few twists had cut a conical depression in the paxolin which was just wider than the copper strip. It cut through the copper strip without tearing or "picking up", so did the job well. I suppose you could use an ordinary HSS drill bit, but it would not be as convenient and, unless the bit was sharp, would probably not do a good job. I'll stick with this tool, thanks.

I was getting away with using a 2.5mm or 3mm drill bit for a while and then found my hands were ruined! This item is well worth the money. It cuts the PCB tracks efficiently and saves your drill bits and the skin on your hands! Really handy when making lots of PCB track cuts. Just buy it.

Delivered much quicker than stated (thanks!). Works a treat, quality is good and cheaper than a lot of alternatives. Grip is comfortable even after 60+ consecutive strip breaks and so much quicker than just using my old drill-bit.
