I'm a size 34 inch waist and i ordered the large size. I was skeptical of wearing these, but they feel fine, comfortable and don't restrict you in anyway when kicking. Recommend them for protection, I do Muay Thai so I like to be safe and protected, just in case i get kicked in the groin by mistake

As far as groin guards go this is great. The Large is a good fit for me but it is a shame they do not have more sizes. Groin guards are so important when doing any contact sports, especially MMA (which is what I do). The cup helps you when wrestling or grapling a great deal. This seems to be great quality.

this venum challenger groin guard and support the best one i had is very easy put on it not to tight on it comfy on to it holds in place when sparring and exciseing it not heavy on to i put mines on top my under wear on then tight fit shorts or legging on top it u wear it under normal shorts on jogging bottoms u can use this for mma muay thai boxing tkd kick boxing bjj wrestling judo and more these sports it well with the money u pay for it it double padded to the waistband is not to tight on it venum is a great make to and great items to

Took this paintballing, and didn't hurt at all when I got hit in the crown jewels. It takes a bit of getting used to wearing, but once you've got it properly seated it's perfectly comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, and even visiting the toilets wasn't particularly difficult. For the price point it's hard to pass up as great bit of kit.

Fits snugly, no need to keep readjusting, can take decent impact, happy with item.

Bei einer Größe von 1,72 m und 70 kg passt Größe M bei mir perfekt.
