I've been having back pains intermittently after many years of playing competitive tennis and still get occasional flare ups after workouts. The RecoveryTherm is easy to use and within about 20 minutes after a workout, I feel good as new! It makes it easy to string many days of exercise in a row as I'm no longer skipping days due to lower back discomfort! It's worth the money!

The belt was bought as gift, since receiving the belt my father-in-law uses it daily and swears by this belt to he’ll manage his back pain. The belt is well made, comfortable and heats up as well. Would buy again.

This is a fantastic product and I don’t understand how anyone can say otherwise. It’s extremely warm with 3 levels and you can turn it on/off on both the front and back of the wrap. Additional, the vibration is solid, it’s as good as you could probably need for now. This was incredible for us when either of us had sore back, stomach, hamstrings even. Worth it 100%. Therabody is building superior products than competitors.
