I've been using the UniBond AERO 360° Moisture Absorber Lavender Refill Tab for a while now, and it has exceeded my expectations. Living in a humid area, controlling moisture is essential, and this product does the job perfectly. UPDATE: SUNDAY 17 OCTOBER 2020 We are impressed with EFFECTIVENESS of the Unibond Aero 360 Moisture Absorber Tabs that’s Lavender-Scented and so have decided to SUBSCRIBE TO THEM EVERY TWO MONTHS! ORIGINAL REVIEW SUNDAY 11 MARCH 2018 I do like the Unibond Aero 360 Moisture Absorber Tabs that’s Lavender-Scented. I tend to buy them every three months or so, buying at least two packs, with each pack containing 2 Tabs. Of course, you do need the actual Moisture Absorber Device to put the Tabs in. I find that the Moisture Absorbers are very effective in reducing dampness and humidity in our house as evidenced by the quality of the air and the high amount of water collected in the bottom removable tray of the Moisture Absorber Devices. Some people find the Lavender Scent very overpowering or not to their liking, however we do like it in our household. The Lavender Moisture Absorber Tab normally last between 7 weeks and 12 weeks depending on the Moisture generated in the part of our house it is located. The only thing I don’t really like about it is that the chemical compound used to absorb the moisture can sometimes leave a VERY small residue of something that smells like ? Slate on bedding material in the same room as the moisture Absorber... It does appear to be harmless though! As stated before, I buy these moisture absorbers regularly & would recommend them to you, as long as you don’t mind the Lavender Scent and accept that you may need to wait about three days or so before you start noticing a difference, unless of course you have a room the size of a broom cupboard. As our windows are getting on a bit and are not very efficient at ventilation, we have had problems with moisture build-up and subsequently mould. During the last bout of de-moulding and re-decorating these areas, I started to put Unibond Aero dehumidifiers on the window sills in question. Being a 'chemical' and not electrical solution to dehumidifying, they are ideal for these locations and are based on a large pill made from a salt, which absorbs moisture and converts it into a brine which is stored in the base of the Aero. As part of this chemical reaction, the salt pill is slowly used up and has to be replaced. Generally these pills last around 40-50 days, which isn't bad going in my opinion. They are also relatively easy to change, although a solid layer of salt can build up in the bottom of the Aero and that can take a few minutes to dislodge under a hot tap. I personally like the lavender fragranced pills, like this one, as they double up as a room freshener. I have been using the Aeros for over a year now and have been very happy with the system and these pill replacement packs, especially from Amazon where they are generally cheaper than most supermarkets (unless you are lucky and hit a promotion).

I've got these things everywhere in my house!!! They seriously do work. A few years ago I had work done to the house (new windows and external thermal cladding) and since then the house has become quite air tight causing a build up of moisture and subsequently black mould. Frequent scrubbing with mould and mildew remover wasn't enough to eliminate the problem. I've now got these in each room affected and I've noticed a significant reduction in the production of mould. Unfortunately, they can't work miracles and as the mould needs completely eradicating for it not to come back, certain rooms will need stripping and redecorating to completely get rid of the problem. These however, are working a treat and I've no new growths since there installation. As they don't take batteries you can put them anywhere! They are quick and easy to maintain and empty/refill. I like the fact you can actually see them working and I've noticed a significant reduction in the need to wipe condensation from my windows daily! The refills last about 30 days in the dampest rooms (bathroom/kitchen) and upto 70 days in rooms not so damp (bedrooms/lounge) refills are readily available to purchase either from amazon or I've since noticed in certain supermarkets. I used these for more than 6 months and I wouldn't be without them now

I needed refills for my Unibond demuidifier fast and I was not let down. I ordered these on Sunday, delivered Monday morning!!!! I use this in my bedroom as my 1970s built flat is bad with condensation and this helps enormously. I have not had scented refills before and was very pleasantly surprised by the subtle scent given off by this refill. I am impressed how much condensation these inexpensive, simple items collect and they can be placed quite unobtrusively within the home, where needed. I would not be without it. I have a large electric dehumidifier but it is heavy, bulky, noisy and expensive to run and you can only do one room at a time. These you can have anywhere. Brilliant!!!!
