HG Mould Remover Spray | Kills Black Mold & Mildew on Walls & Tiles | 500ml

I’m genuinely impressed with the HG Mould Spray. It does exactly what it promises and works incredibly fast. I used it on stubborn black mould and mildew in my bathroom (around the shower seals and tiles), and the results were visible within minutes. The stains lifted without any heavy scrubbing, leaving the surfaces looking clean and fresh again. The spray is easy to apply, clings well to vertical surfaces, and covers a good area. A little goes a long way, so the 500ml bottle feels great value for money. While the smell is strong (as expected for a powerful mould cleaner), it clears quickly with ventilation and is absolutely worth it for how effective the product is. What I really like is that it doesn’t just mask the problem — it actually removes deep-set mould stains and restores surfaces to their original appearance. Perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, and any damp areas. Highly recommended if you’re dealing with mould or mildew and want a reliable, professional-level cleaner that actually works. I will definitely be buying this again.

We don’t have a window in our bathroom and the extractor fan isn’t great, so we get quite a bit of moisture build up and therefore a recurring mould issue. We had mould all the way round the bath sealant, on the tiles next to the shower and on the ceiling above the shower to the point where I thought we were going to have to replace the sealant and repaint the ceiling. I applied the mould spray all over the affected areas and I could see it starting to work after only a few minutes. After 30 minutes all the mould had completely gone with no need to wipe, I just used the shower head to give some of the areas a rinse down and that was it. It’s very impressive stuff to a dullster like me. It hadn’t just masked over the mould, it had actually eaten away at it. It will be interesting to see how quickly the mould returns if at all. One thing I will say though is that it absolutely stinks of chlorine and I’m glad I chose to use it on a day that my daughter was at nursery. The smell is horrible and can be quite overwhelming. I was wearing a pair of gloves as instructed and a full face mask (the kind you would wear if you were spray painting a car) and I could still smell it. Even with all the upstairs windows and doors wide open you could still smell it for hours after and it even lingered into the next day. It actually left me feeling quite short of breath at points and I had to leave the house, so if you have a breathing condition or are quite sensitive to smells then I do not recommend this stuff to you. If you have a baby or young children I would make sure that they are out of the house while you use this or at the very least a different floor to the one you’re using it.

Never left a review before but this stuff is amazing. Sprayed it on the mould and went out. Came back an hour later and ALL the black mould is gone. I was going to use this and then paint over it but it’s done such a good job I don’t need to decorate now. Paint is not stained or different in any way, the mould has just gone! Amazing!

Really impressed with how well this works. Sprayed it on bathroom tiles and seals and you can actually see the mould fading quite quick. Didn’t need much scrubbing which makes it much easier. The formula is quite strong so it does the job properly, just need to be a bit careful and keep the area ventilated. I was a little skeptical about this product as I have used other mould removers in the past and they require a hefty bit of elbow grease in addition to their mould removing properties... I followed the instructions, sprayed on the affected area (my bath silicone sealant in this case) and left it.. I set a 30 minute timer on my phone and went into the garden. After the 30 minutes had gone by, the first thing I noticed was the strong smell of bleach. Not over powering, but a strong smell nonetheless (keep your windows open). I was AMAZED by the results... 30 minutes on, just wiped away. It was super easy to use! There was only 1 area that needed a second spray, but honestly, the end results were great! For the price, I would definitely recommend this bad boy! We all look at the mould in our bathroom and think, I'll get round to it at some point... Order this now and thank me later, absolute game changer. But like I said, just make sure you keep that window open because it's a strong smell.

I never write reviews but this product is a miracle worker and i hope it helps people out that can’t afford to get professional help to remove mould. I moved into a new place that had small mould growing and this killed it in like 30 mins. Spray and leave it and wipe the excess after is dired with water and its gone. Only downside is the strong smell and i have a sensitive nose but its worth it in the long run.

I used this on black mould that had built up around the silicone and grout in our bathroom, particularly in areas affected by condensation. I sprayed it on as directed and left it to work, and the results were excellent! the mould visibly faded and then cleared with very little effort. In areas where the mould was heavier, I needed to repeat the process, but it still worked well and saved me from having to replace the silicone. It does have a strong smell, so good ventilation and gloves are a must, but that’s expected with a product this effective. Once the mould was fully removed and everything was clean and dry, I followed up with a mould prevention spray to help stop it coming back. Using the two together feels like a much more long-term solution rather than just treating the surface. Overall, this is a very effective mould remover especially when used properly and followed by a preventative treatment. Definitely worth having on hand for stubborn bathroom mould.

Does exactly what it says! Only problem is the chemicals in the product are awful. I felt nauseous, I had to wear a face mask while cleaning it off the bath sealant. If you have kids in the house I recommend you only use it when they're not around.

This is NOT the spray! This is the foam version which is NOT as effective as the spray. I ordered 3 times in total. The first one was the spray. The second was the foam version. I thought this was a mistake so I ordered a third one and it's also the foam.

We used a whole bottle for our basement, we spayed the wall and after 5 mins, the wall became white immediately, better than we expected. Good product but smell bad like bleach. We used the whole bottle for the wall and it cost us about 14 dollars it is a little bit expensive and we have to buy again. over all it is good and highly recommended.
