Hey...These vitamins are from the well know brand Solgar, and are trusted. The tablets make a huge difference in health, gives an extra boost to daily living for those of the more mature age group. Linked with HMB powder which Amazon sell on line, it really does make a huge difference in a matter of days. Also, best to subscribe as one wouldn't want to run out of these.

Solgar, good product, I use to buy and use Solgar products years ago then I stopped, using vitamins etc, big mistake so now as I'm older and not eating and doing exercise as I use to, which has had an effect on my health, I have decided to start again, and I have gone back to Solgar products, because I know from experience that they are good and trusted, I have tried others in between, but for me they are not as good as Solgar.

Great value with vitamin C as well. I was taking individual B vitamins from Solgar but save so much money and without the hassle of taking so many individual ones. You do have to take 2 per day for amounts shown on the label.

I'm aware that Vitamin C has the highest dose in it of 500mg, and Niacin at 100mg, so this I believe will influence the colour inside the tablet, I broke one in half and inside the tablet is more or less white, it looks to me that the tablet is just coloured on the outside, with that yellow colour most will be familiar with of B complex. When I finish these, I think that I will go back to capsules for B-Complex.

I have found that B Complex is one of the most essential vitamins for the preservation of good body health, and also great for your liver, which is essential for the processing of your body nutrients and defense against toxins. You will feel the difference for the better, and Solgar products, I have found, are the best value, quality, and consistent dependability overall. Does what is says, nothing wrong with it. It came on time with no damage

It is hard to find a Multi B complex, that doesnt just add 50 mg of everything and the say it is balenced. It is by numbers, but not by how much the body requires. Per the standard of B vitamins as per truly balenced, in order for the body to use them adequately and completely, there needs to be.. for example..20 mg of Niacin per 1.5-2 mg each of B1, B2 and B6. This at least comes closer then most and does give some of the other B Vit that others dont, like Biotin, Pantothenic and Inositol and Choline. I use it and add any extra amounts needed .

Buen complejo vitamínico, llevo apenas una semana tomándolo, se digiere bien, no me ha dado problemas de estómago, noto algo más de energía al levantarme, seguiré hasta acabar el bote a ver el resultado final
