These are by far the best insoles I've tried from Scholl. The Extra Support version really does make a difference if you're on your feet a lot. The LiquiFlex pods with the memory foam mould to your feet straight away — you get instant cushioning but also proper arch and heel support. I noticed a lot less pressure on my heels and knees by the end of the day. They fit easily into trainers and work boots and don't make the shoe feel tight. They also help with odour which is a bonus. If you need that extra shock absorption and all-day comfort, these are worth it.

The best insoles that I have ever used . They give you sheer comfort the moment you put your foot in your trainer. Good for long walks as they take away foot fatigue. Help with balance as there is Gel in the heel part of the insole . I have been using them for 3 years , good for anyone with Neuropathy. Also a very good price off Amazon

Had a pair of shoes that were too hard to wear all day, but the insoles have made a big difference. Much more comfortable. However they were a little difficult to cut to the right size.

The Good: If you're on your feet all day, these are a massive improvement over standard insoles. The comfort is immediate. The "Liquiflex" tech combined with memory foam and gel provides excellent shock absorption, especially in the heel. It feels like it really cushions every step on a hard factory floor or site. I've noticed a major reduction in foot and leg fatigue at the end of the day. The arch support is noticeable and feels secure without being too aggressive. The odour-control top cloth is also a nice, necessary touch for work boots. The Bad: These are not thin insoles. They are quite thick and have a structured heel cup and arch, so they won't fit well in tighter dress shoes or casual shoes. They are definitely designed for roomy work boots or trainers where you can (and should) remove the original insole first. You also have to "trim-to-fit," so you need to be careful and use your old insole as a guide to get a perfect cut. Overall: For anyone who works on their feet, these are a fantastic investment. The pain relief and all-day comfort are worth the price. Just make sure you're putting them in roomy boots or safety shoes, as they are too thick for regular day shoes. Highly recommended.

After a few months experience: fits well, but durability needs improvement, softness is great, Pain relief is good for first few day but gets very sweaty in your shoes, if use it on a regular basis, price seem good at the beginning but I can find a better product that does similar thing with better durability without the compromise, that brand is good but not for bigger size like 12 and up would be great too

Replacement for the same ones that had been in my shoe for almost a year. Like having a new pair of shoes again

I dont normally do reviews but felt i had to. Like many people I wear safety boots for work. I decide after many insoles I would try these. Best money I've spent, what a difference. They are so comfortable they are a good fit for a size 12 boot and support in all the right places. My feet actually dont hurt after 11 hrs. Will definitely buy again when needed

I walked 13km in my boots and my feet ached with blisters. I bought these and went on a 20km walk only a couple of days later. Not once blister and never ached.
