Brilliant device , worth £14 all day long!
I’m going to start off by saying , I have a very bad EMI noise issue Between my PC , mixer and other audio equipment. I have hiss/static , whining and digital Hash noise. I bought a cheap £8 ground loop isolator , yes it fixed the noise but it completely ruined the bass , sounded like I blown my drivers and it was soft clipping my mixer Chanels. This one however is absolutely brilliant! The case is made of metal and it has a nice weight to it , the jacks have a nice click to them when inserting the cable which I like. This has fixed 98-99% of the noises I was getting with hardly zero frequency response change , like an extremely minuscule amount which really surprised me! The only very slight niggle I have is the moulded plastic packaging is extremely difficult to open and I had to resort to a Stanley knife which I nearly cut my finger off , just be careful 😂 Here are my personal ratings. Ease of use - 10/10 (very easy to use , plug and play) Device quality - 10/10 (feels solid and has a nice weight to it) Device look - 10/10 (looks professional) Sound quality - 10/10 (no sound changes at all) Noise reduction performance - 10/10 (absolutely obliterated the hiss/static , whining and digital hash noises) Value for money - 10/10 (worth every penny for £14 it’s a brilliant price) Overall , if you have issues like me and want to get rid of the noise that drives you crazy , GET ONE OF THESE!

Highly recommend for sub hum
Great product and worked as expected. Sturdy design and passive so no need for power. I measured before and after and had a 2dB gain loss but didn't alter the frequency response at all from 20hz to 20Khz. Easy to setup and use. Got rid of the hum in my home cinema subs. Great price too.

Successfully elimnated 95% of the ground loop hum
I'm leaving this review for anybody who is wondering if this might solve the rather obscure problem that I had and what I wanted to use it for (couldn't find anywhere online to confirm if this would work for me or not pre-purchase). I have a mini home studio with a mixing desk being at the source - I use a DSLR camera (as a webcam) and wanted to run my XLR condensor mic through it, via the mixing desk, for better lip synch on live calls. When connecting the camera to the mixing desk (by using a dual TRS 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch cable) there was an awful ground loop hum. Very loud and made it untenable. I ordered this hum destroyer and hoped for the best.... I can confirm that this worked a treat and almost completely removed the ground loop hum when connected between the camera and mixing desk (you'll need an extra dual TRS 1/4 inch to 1/8 cable to do so - making it two in total) - only a very faint/quiet (and non-problematic) noise remains in the deep background, which you can take or leave. Good enough for me and exceeded my expectations at this price. If you happen to be trying to eliminate the same problem, I can confirm that this works. Decent little product for a fair price.

That it works very well
Absolute game changer. No noise from external inputs that rely on usb connection and create noise through the pc

Works
I had no earth hum or change of sound output after connecting this between the mixer and amp. I was getting hum from a mic phantom power unit.

Rodecaster Duo users that use the monitor outputs. This is a must!
I have Yamaha HS5 Monitor Speakers connected via Roland 3ft/1m Interconnect TRS - Male XLR Balanced Cables. These work perfectly on my DJ set up so I knew there was no issue with either. The problem was my Rodecaster Duo. The monitor outputs produce a nasty combination of hiss & hum (which is its only downside and well known) but, the Behringer HD400 cuts that out while still maintaining clean audio quality through my monitors. Excellent product and recommended for Rodecaster Duo users.

Removed the noise from my PC audio setup
I was suffering terrible noise problems on my PC audio setup which uses a USB DAC attached to some M-Audio active monitor speakers. It was both a low pitched background hum, and high pitched noises which were a bit like the sound of an old dial up modem, which were coming from the PC. An extremely frustrating problem, which I understand is caused by a ground loop. This little passive box worked perfectly, and to my ears, without degrading the sound at all. Low, mid and high frequency's seem excellent to me. It does lower volume slightly, but no problem. But the main thing is noise is now a thing of the past. The box is quite light but seems reasonably well made, and all metal. The connections on it are all of the 1/4 inch (6.35mm) "phone jack" type, and it converts unbalanced input to a balanced output. I used it with some of these cables to run from the MicroHD to my speakers - HosaTech STX-105M Connection Cable 1/4 inch TRS to XLR3 Male, Balanced, 5ft Note, it is not intended for solving hum issues on electric guitars - do not buy for that purpose. It is for hum induced by ground loops and fits between say a mixer and an amp, or between a DAC/audio interface and active speakers.

This killed the humming from my computer graphics card whine. If your GPU starts drawing heavy power your computer will output dirty power to your USB interface causing some buzzing or whining. This eliminated the noise for me. Could be noticed mostly when watching videos, gaming, or using applications that use hardware acceleration

It has done its job. I had a Pyle pro DI, which reduced almost 80% of hum on my ensemble of a mixer, a 75w preamp, Equalizer and 100W front end amp. Now I placed this HD400 just in front of my Guitar like Pros do and it killed all the rest of 20% noise left early. Now on my Line 6 processor, the High Gain with flanger and Tremelo, the Brit tube amp of Slash, was giving problems, when the Fender Twead Ted Nugent and British Clean of Jimmy Hendrix was perfect with no hum. So I reduced the compression on this Slash High Gain Amp model MarshallPlexi and the hum just vanished to give me smooth output. So now the problem is completely solved, I am having a great time with my ensemble of processors and pedals. Thanks, Bheringer for again another satisfaction from your designs.
