Is this oil based paint? I’m asking because we dropped some on the carpet and it has dried. Thanks.

I was extremely disappointed with this product. The paint was difficult to apply and I have thrown it away. Complete waste of money Dont buy it

How long do they need to bake and at what temperature?

We didn’t bake them. The paint just dries.

What’s the size of the box? I.e. What are the dimensions?

Im sorry it was a long time ago now but from what I remember it wasn't big it was about the size of A4 paper and about 4 inches deep maximum. The tea set itself was quite dinky. Hope this help but your probably better of contacting the supplier.
