I like, only taken over a couple of days but I notice a lifting of my mood a few hours after taking. You have to give it time as it's slow release. So I will keep buying these.

If like me, you’re constantly going days without a bowel movement and using suppositories/laxatives just to help you get things moving then you need to buy these. Your gut just needs some good bacteria! I can’t explain how good it feels to be pooping everyday! I feel lighter & less bloated with more energy. I’ve had no heartburn or any other negative side effects. I’m just going through more toilet roll 😂 Great purchase

Switched to these from Optibac everyday. Since switching I have felt a little more bloated and less settled than when using my usual Optibac everyday tablets, which I've used for many years. This band is the same price as Optibac for double the volume of tablets -so a better value- but I think I'll go back to Optibac after this batch is finished. These are still good, and a world away from taking nothing in terms of reducing bloating and increasing that settled and calm stomach and gut feeling, but I definitely feel more 'effect' in terms of positive change from Optibac brand when comparing these directly.

Love this brand of probiotics, felt within a couple of days x

In a month, this probiotic improved my sleep quality, and significantly reduced my symptoms of IBS and Acid reflux - I couldn’t believe it. It is the best probiotic I’ve ever tried. Only a couple of caveats - the first time I tried it by just adding to my regular diet and it did not agree with me. After a few months I had to take antibiotics for a week and I started this probiotic again alongside the antibiotic, and continued the probiotic daily after I finished my antibiotic course. This time it worked wonders! Second caveat, I had to stop taking it recently for some medical tests that required no probiotic use and within days of stopping most of my symptoms from before returned. So I did not experience a sustained effect, in my case I think I need to keep taking it for effect to continue. It is worth it though in my opinion. All in all highly recommend it!

I love this and has made me feel great. My issue is this label, it’s an attractive bottle so why put this on so I don’t want to leave it out. I will change my subscription to the actual manufacturer as opposed to Amazon.

Mehr als zufrieden. Leider leide ich schon etwas länger unter einem sogenannten "reizdarm" Um meine Darmflora etwas zu unterstützen , habe ich ewig nach etwas gesucht und bin auf diese Kapseln gestoßen. Da ich nix zu verlieren hatte habe ich sie einfach mal ausprobiert. Und was soll ich sagen habe ja nicht dran geglaubt aber nach ca 5 Tagen merkte ich eine deutliche Verbesserung! Kaum noch Grummeln im Bauch und kaum noch Schmerzen durch luftüberschuss. Bin echt positiv überrascht.

Premetto che sono un medico nutrizionista. Il prodotto è di alta qualità e lo sto prendendo ormai da 4 mesi. Soffro di colon irritabile da ormai più di 10 anni e prendendolo in maniera costante dopo circa un mese e mezzo di terapia gli episodi di diarrea e gonfiore si sono ridotti tantissimo, e sono praticamente scomparsi. Il lactobacillus rhamnosus è uno dei pochi a disporre di un'ampia letteratura scientifica e gli effetti si hanno negli adulti ai dosaggi presenti all'interno di questo prodotto. Raccomandatissimo!!!

After I finished these I took some left over pure encapsulation probiotics that I could never get to act right with me. Repurchased Inessa Daily & my system seems to tolerate these better. I have less fungal symptoms
