Bluetooth issue and their is no option for retun
If you mean you want to complain to the seller about a Bluetooth product that cannot connect and the return option is missing, you can say: “The product is not connecting to any mobile phone due to a Bluetooth issue. I want to return the product, but there is no return option available. At the time of purchase, it was mentioned that the product could be returned before the 21st. Please arrange the return and refund as soon as possible.”

Mic issue
Having mic issue. Hence call quality is not good, and battery backup is very less. It won't stand long. For 2 hrs of use, it consumed 20%. And audio quality is not good that sometimes for some of the vedeos, it suddenly stops working in one of the speaker.

No ear pain since it is half in-ear.
Fits every ear because of the rubber filler. Sound is average. Connectivity is good. ANC button do not seems useful. Also difficult to manage the swithes withnout looking as there are 4. Since it is not in-ear it wont cause ear pain
