Can I use this with the tap safe I have just put in

I always put this in the filters when I do a filter clean. Puts back / adds to any beneficial bacteria lost during cleaning. Guessing you'll be using the tap safe when you do a water change, not a filter clean. This is best put straight into the filters (mine are external). Adds to the cleaning process of filters. Do not clean your filter media with anything other than the water straight from the aquarium - use that established water.

What if it the ball pops?

It's okay. It will still work. Just put all the bits in. It is not liquid inside. The consistancy is kind of like a bouncy ball. If it does break it will break into pieces rather than pop.

Can i use this with seacham Prime concentrated conditioner ?

They do exactly the same thing, well the aqua bomb does more to be fair. I wouldnt use the two at the same time. Leave it a cycle. I was impressed with the bomb although it looks like a pot of nothing as it's clear.
