It makes me feel sick and nauseous. I had to buy another concentrated product that doesn't contain preservative and I feel great. Keep in mind that there is only 300 of omega-3 in each softgel. If you want to take 2400mg of omega 3 you'd have to take 8 softgels.

I'm so disappointed really you can't see the expiry date and the item you can't return it..
