Leatherman Molle Sheath

Similar design to some of the better 5.56 magazine ammo pouches. Big ol' swathe of velcro on the closure so all it takes a quick pat and you know your tool is secure. Fits the wingman so perfectly that whenever I put the closed up tool in the small clip slides over the lip of the pouch giving extra security. I've found you can also keep the tool open if you want quick access to the pliers, the handles stick out the top but most importantly it's held in securely. Really secure molle on the back, actually popping the stud into place can be a bit fiddly but it's not too bad when you've got the knack of it and it just means that you know it's not going anywhere. Also fits perfectly on both my working and stable belts in barracks. Stunning bit of kit!

I own a Leatherman Surge and a ChargeTTi. After diappointing results with several other pouches bought to do the job this pouch is without a doubt the best I've found. It is very similar to the Maxpedition pouch. It is very well made from tough cordura with a strong velcro closure. However unlike the Maxpedition it has two extra storage pockets in front of the main pouch so the Leatherman bit kit and blade pouch for the Surge are kept apart from the multitool itself. There is also a storage pocket in the long Molle attachment strap that will house a pen or pencil for instance. I have the Leatherman Bit Extender and a small penlight secured to the strong elastic straps at the sides. I have also added a ring and carabiner on the Molle attachment strap for additional attachment options. If I could ask for one thing it would be a choice of colour as sand is the only option I believe. Everyone has their own preference but this one is perfect for me.

This is the exact same pouch you get with your Leatherman (when you buy one with the MOLLE pouch), only in "sand" colour. I just wish I could pick the pouch colour when I buy a multitool, that way I would not have an extra (black) pouch lying around. Materials and stitching look to be of good quality so far (I've had it for a little over a month now). The colour is silimar enough to "coyote", although a little lighter. See the photos I added, where the pouch is on a coyote coloured backpack. It fits the Leatherman Wave Multi-Tool with Oxide Finish - Black and you can even fit a Leatherman LT24/B Bit Driver Extender - Black Oxide next to it in the main compartment, and one leaf of the Leatherman Wave Bit Kit in the elastic pouch. So it will fit wider and longer tools easily. Also see pictures attached.

This product is not as durable as I thought it might have been. This is my second pouch as the bottom wore out of the first one. This time I have cut out a section of firm foam to line the bottom so hopefully shouldn't have the same problem.

This pouch fits perfectly on my belt or to my molle web system on my 5.11 tactical rush 24 backpack or my 5.11 tactical tactec plate carrier vest. The large velcro tab which secures the cover is the right size and holds my leatherman super 300 multitool, bit holder and set of bits in place without any fear of accidental opening. It is an all round well made and robust pouch made for the task that is stated. 10 out of 10. I'm a very happy customer.

Really nice product. My Leatherman charge fits in it perfectly & the securing straps appear to be very durable. I was pleasantly surprised considering it was one of the cheapest I could find.

I bought this as a replacement for my leather case, which finally died. I wanted something I wouldn't have to worry about getting wet as I work in all weathers (and my bike tends to break down only when it rains ). It was a lot slimmer than I thought, but it fits a good solid fit. The Molle system on the back works nice too, not cluttered. Solid stiching, very nice

Writing this around a year after delivery. Fits the Leatherman Wave and Surge very well and the small internal sleeve for the screwdriver strip I got with my Wave makes it very versatile. The pouch has worn well, but doesnt attach brilliantly well to the Molle system I now prefer. Good pouch for everyday use, but use a 9mm mag pouch on operations for a robust attachment to webbing.

Zeer tevreden over het Leatherman grote MOLLE-hoesje in zwart (maat L). Het hoesje is stevig, goed afgewerkt en biedt uitstekende bescherming voor de multitool. De MOLLE-bevestiging is robuust en blijft perfect zitten op riem, tas of vest. De sluiting voelt betrouwbaar aan en het formaat is ideaal voor grotere Leatherman-modellen. Hoogwaardige kwaliteit zoals je van Leatherman mag verwachten en perfect voor dagelijks gebruik of outdooractiviteiten. Absoluut een aanrader.

This pouch is made from thick sturdy materials. I have faith it will last a very long time.

Fits the Wave and two additional bit sets.There are three inside compartments. Middle inner partition stores the bit sets tightly, while the main compartment holds the multi-tool snugly. I have not used the third pocket - it's very slim and tight. Little bulky when attached to the hip fully loaded, but reasonably understandable. Molle strap system works great. I can easily configure the pouch horizontally or vertically on my belt... or attach it to my field bag in seconds. Strong velcro provides extra give room due to hook and loop surface area placement... i.e. inserting a larger tool into the main compartment in comparison to the wave. Side elastic belts are great for sliding in a pen/pencil/thin diameter hand tool. Decent material, looks like it will last a long time. I use my multi-tool daily and frequently. A few weeks of abuse and it still feels like new.
