This is the standard for cherries in cocktails. When we're out and having a Manhattan, this is what we expect from high-end bars and restaurants. The cherries have a great bite and weight and the syrup is amazing. We use the syrup as an ice cream topper. This big can is really cost effective and comes with a reusable lid to seal it after opening. The can comes wrapped in bubble wrap, which we leave around the jar so the kids don't find it. :-) We re-use a previously purchased jar of Luxardo cherries and use the can to refill them so it's easier to handle. It makes it much easier to handle the can only once in a while vs every time. Since the can and jar don't require refrigeration, it's very convenient.

Luxardo cherries are the best! they are expensive but worth it, and buying in bulk does make it a better deal. These were delivered with care, and were wrapped tightly in bubble wrap in a box within another box. I will definitely be buying from them again!

If you want a cherry that will level up you old fashioned cocktail without adding unnecessary sweetness, this is the cherry for you.

This is a review for the 105.8 oz (3 kg tin) can. When one thinks of maraschino cherries, one usually thinks of those neon red cherries floating in a juice of high fructose corn syrup. This is not those. These are classic, candied cherries made in a tradition dating back well over a century. If one is a cocktail enthusiast, these cherries are a must. Their flavor is great and enhances any cocktail calling for a maraschino cherry. I have been buying these cherries by the jar for a few years. Each jar costs around $18 at the moment. One of these 3 Kg tins = 7.5 jars, and with a shelf life of 3 years, if you use maraschino cherries on a semi-regular basis, the can is definitely cost effective in the long run as 7.5 jars would cost you $135 if bought individually. I give my full recommendation.

For years I've been getting choked up a little by paying $19+ for the little jar of delicious Luxardo cherries at the checkout of my local liquor store. These little crack bites are amazing in bourbon based cocktails and the jars seem to go all too quickly. Finally I was talking with someone who recommended buying this large can of cherries, opening it and splitting them up into seperate jars (absolutely genious) I forgot your name - I was on my 3rd Old Fashioned - but thank you. :-) In all seriousness - if you do tend to use these in a lot of drinks - this is the way to go. For $60ish +/-, you can get the 3 little jars at the store - or this can which equates to about 7 jars - if my math is correct. Either way - you get a LOT of bang for the buck and they are just as fabulous as the little jars! Worth it! Do it! The End!

Absolutely divine!! No other cocktail cherry like it. Somewhat pricey, but oh so worth it! Better value if you splurge and purchase the large size can. Long shelf life too, but only if you don’t eat them like candy lol
