Doesn’t have soft close

Picture of the seat shows a soft close. This is anything but it slams down.. I have reread the description and to be fair it does say freefall but when searching for the item this part of the text was not displayed so beware if you’re looking for a soft clothes toilet seat this is not it and it is probably the most expensive 34 seat I have ever seen on the market.

Was very hard to fit

No complaints about this item looks good - as much as a loo seat can look good well finished and packed. Just a note on fitting- the instructions say to put one bracket on the pan and slide the seat and other bracket on to it. It doesn’t fit that way both brackets need to be held on seat and slid down onto pan together then tightened up.

This is one the problems about buying a new build with high standard fittings. replacements are hard to find and when you do its expensive. i Cant imagine ever paying £50 for a toilet seat but there you go. The quality is good and its well built .

Abattant WC de très bonne qualité. C'est une fabrication espagnole et ça se voit! On est très loin du produit chinois bas de gamme. Très belle finition et qualité des matériaux irréprochable. Excellent rapport qualité/prix!!!

Tenía el anterior modelo que es muy distinto a este. La instalación es distinta y la calidad también, pareciendo más duro este. El que tenía se rompió sin ningún motivo, se hizo cachos. Lo medí y vi que cuadraban las medidas porque ni ponía qué modelo era y este ha encajado perfecto. Eso sí, tienes que desmontar todo si tienes unos anclajes distintos a la foto. El mío llevaba unos anclajes bastante grandes y luego en los agujeros también unos tacos que he tenido que quitar. Hay que leer muy bien las indicaciones, no es extremadamente sencillo de poner pero no me ha llevado más de media hora. Obviamente, es original de Roca. Me ha llegado en una caja original y con un código de barras así como la inscripción. Espero que este no se rompa solo y aguante mucho más que el original que traía. Muy buena compra.
