No Doubt product is great it works great and I am almost happy with. I had to take off 2 stars because even after replacement they keep on sending me used product. I am very disappointed to buy a used product

Got the product and I am very satisfied with the product, the buttons are silent, feels more durable, have proper functions, light weight and proper rgb although there is some minor problem like stracthes and also as shown in image i didnt recieve any type c otg dongle even though it is mentioned clearly.
