Great sauna shirt. You will want to buy a size up for your normal shirt size. It is a little difficult to get off, but it’s not a deal breaker. Using this while doing VR workouts has helped me slim down my stomach which was very important to me. They also have short sleeve which I will probably buy for the summer.

I’ve gone from barely even breaking a sweat at the gym, to dripping all over the freaking place. This thing WORKS! And for a polyethylene/poly spandex shirt it fits pretty well. First off, like they say you should get one size up from what you typically wear. That’s no joke. I’m an athletic build and typically fill out a medium shirt, and I can barely get the large on my body without some help. If you pair this with any sort of warming cream like I did, you’ll probably have a panic attack once you get both arms in. It’s very form fitting, and it wants to stick to you. Once it’s on and settled though, it’s PERFECT. You’ll start feeling the warmth get trapped almost immediately, and by the time you finish a workout you’ll have puddles of sweat trapped in it. Taking it off is easy since you’ll be covered in sweat. It just slips right off. I take mine off inside out and rinse it off immediately with the water hose.
