Very earthy taste, perhaps for curry?
Doesn't greatly improve, gives beef a very earthy flavour, so if you are looking to give your beef, or burgers a lift this doesn't do the job. On the plus side you do get alot for your money. Given the taste it would probably work better in a curry, but for burgers and the like? Certainly not
