Killed off the most toughest things
I dont want to curse myself but, during summer I renovated my garden. We got rid of 2 large bushes, huge tree and lots of bamboo. The bamboo was a nightmare go get rid of, the roots were so tough. Each weekend I pored some of this on the roots and the following week it was clear it was killing the bamboo. It was still a nightmare to get out. Once everything was out I pored so much of this over the areas where the tree, bushes and hedges were. So far 3 months later we have no regrowth of bamboo. Normally we'd get new shoots all the time and it would grow a foot at least each week. Time will tell if its gone for good, but this definitely helped the process. In terms of the dosing syringe, I think that's OK, one squeeze and it filled. I think this was very good value for money and was strong enough to take out some tough plants. It was more effective than a chain saw. Fingers crossed for no new regrowth

Good killer
I know this product it Kells everything. Will see how the stumps survive next spring. May need another treatment. So only 4 stars at the moment. Takes a little while to work on bigger weeds but does the job.

Tackling bindweed
Our garden was neglected by the previous owners and bindweed was growing everywhere. I did not want to kill everything in the vicinity, so have been using a paintbrush on the leaves and they seem to be dying back. It is a long process, but the roundup seems to be doing a good job so far. The product arrived well packaged and there was no leakage like others have reported. Based on the dosage i am using it at, this is very good value for money and i will be using it for years to come.

Didn’t work. Weeds thriving
Have bought this before and it does work really well, but you have to be patient as you don’t see the restore a couple of weeks. We’ve used on ivy and tree stumps. It obliterated the ivy which hasn’t come back a year later, and also stopped shoots coming out of tree stumps, The reason for a 3* rating is because the new bottle I ordered was received yesterday and first it wasn’t sealed and looked like a quarter had gone. There was no pipet, and then, most importantly, it was dated 01/2026 so was out of date. Easily sorted through customer support and a new one has been issued for delivery, but still irritating since I now can’t do what I had intended this weekend.

Roundup weed and stump killer
One of the better weed and stump killer products used. Diluted works well on pathways and drives. See results after A few days so be patient.

It kills not removes
Bought and used this last year in September. Used for two conifer stumps about 6" in diameter and three shrub stumps about 1-2" in diameter. Drilled holes as recommended and applied twice. This week, which is about nine months after applying the killer, I've finally got around to trying to get the stumps out. An important point to make is that it's a stump killer and not a stump rotter i.e. it stops further growth on the stump but doesn't rot the stump making it easy to get out of the ground. It does the same for the roots which are still as difficult to get out as before applying the killer. The shrub roots turned quite a bright yellow (which surprised me but is evidently common) and the conifer roots were a browny colour. When I bought it I was expecting it to rot the stumps but perhaps that was wishful thinking but it did kill the stumps so that was a good. Maybe if you leave it for a few years it may rot the stumps but I have no way of knowing. Overall I'm pleased that it prevents further growth from the stump but a tad disappointed that it didn't rot the stump.
